Jackson State University will receive $1 million over five years from FedEx Corp. to support educational opportunities and employment equity. Initial funding of $200K has been designated to support students, faculty and staff as they navigate the COVID-19 crisis.
The remaining funds will support a broader collaborative program between FedEx and Jackson State.
JSU President Thomas K. Hudson commended the organization for its investment in the University.
