As the founding principal of EAT LIFE! IT’S A MOVEMENT, NOT A MOMENT Global Health Initiative, she advocates, promotes and celebrates healing, wholeness and wellness by embracing and living the simple truth proclaimed by Hippocrates “Let food be thy medicine and Let thy medicine be food.” She lectures and coaches extensively on a national level. Grison is a published author and poet whose work has been reviewed, supported, and celebrated by renowned authors and poets including Nikki Giovanni, Dr. Sonia Sanchez, Sarah Lawrence, and Tom Lux. A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, She currently lives, loves and “EAT’s LIFE!” between Chicago, Illinois & Harlem, New York.
