Libby Anderson Thigpen, who previously served as interim assistant director for the Institutional Aid Title III Program at Jackson State University, is now the assistant director.
Before being named interim assistant director in February, Thigpen served as program assistant with the Institutional Aid Title III Program. She has a master’s degree in Technology Education from JSU.
“I am pleased to appoint Miss Thigpen to assistant director. She has a great working relationship with the activity directors, and I am pleased with her continued efforts to ensure the effective and efficient management of our Title III activities,” says Dr. Loretta A. Moore, vice president for Research and Federal Relations.
