JSU names White as director for Institutional Aid Title III Program

Dr. Fredrick White, who previously served as interim director for the Institutional Aid Title III Program at Jackson State University, has been named its director.

Before being named interim director, White served as assistant director for almost two years. He has more than 20 years of experience in grants and contracts management as well as proposal development and grant compliance. Prior to joining JSU, he served as assistant director of Sponsored Programs and Research and Title III at Tougaloo College.

White has a master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration and a doctorate in Community College Leadership, both from Mississippi State University. Also, he is a 2010 Charles F. Kettering Public Scholar as well as a Certified Institutional Review Board Manager.
