JSU set to kick off 24-hour giving campaign

Jackson State University will host the JSU Day of Giving on Tuesday, June 30, as a way for the community to show their support to the institution. The heavily driven social media campaign aims not only to reach alumni and friends in the Jackson community, but those connected to the university abroad.

“All of the funds that our supporters are able to give to are listed,” said Tifanie Lewis, director of annual giving. “If there is not a fund listed, donors can indicate which fund they want to give to in the notes section of the online giving form.”

Several alumni and friends from various parts of the country have partnered with JSU in this 24-hour initiative. JSU supporters can keep up with the conversation via Twitter #give2JSU.

A list of the funds that can be contributed to is located at Give Online.

All donors will receive a receipt in the mail. For information on the JSU Day of Giving, visit Giving Day or call 601-979-1760.
