Jackson State University surprised staff member James Singleton Wednesday afternoon with an all expenses paid vacation for two to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The free vacation was provided by one of the university’s advertising partners. Singleton, a fire alarm technician in the department of Facilities and Construction Management, was nominated by his supervisor.
