Attorney Sarah Alicia O’Reilly-Evans is the founding and managing partner of O’Reilly Evans, PLLC.  Attorney O’Reilly-Evans was the first African American attorney to ever represent the City of Jackson having retired as the City Attorney.  She was also the first female to serve as second in command to a mayor in Jackson, Mississippi.  Attorney O’Reilly-Evans continues to practice in the areas of civil litigation, government and administrative law, and government finance, representing government entities.
