“I am honored to serve as interim public relations director at my alma mater,” Norwood said. “I’ve spent my career honing the craft of storytelling, finding the heart of a story and sharing it in a way that resonates and drives change. The opportunity to apply these skills at JSU, even in an interim capacity, is incredibly exciting.”

Her appointment supports the JSU Strategic Plan by advancing the university’s brand visibility, strengthening media engagement and ensuring consistent messaging that highlights JSU’s achievements and impact.
