Cynthia Butler-McIntyre spoke at JSU’s Black College Day program held Wednesday, Sept. 24, at the Rose E. McCoy Auditorium. Butler-McIntyre, the 24th national president of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., encouraged students to use their heads, hearts and hands to make a difference and to continue the legacy of expectancy of black colleges.
