JSU kicks off academic year with fall Faculty and Staff Seminar – Aug. 9-10

(JACKSON, Miss.) – Jackson State University President Carolyn W. Meyers will address the university community at the start of the fall Faculty and Staff Seminar, which begins at 9 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 9, at the Lee E. Williams Athletics and Assembly Center. The seminar will end at 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10.

Held annually at the start of the fall semester, the two-day Faculty and Staff Seminar sets the tone for the academic year and provides valuable information to university staff so that they can work together toward shared goals. This year’s theme is: “One Jackson State: Ensuring Deep Quality through Knowledge, Technology and Innovation.”
