Rush to present at 20/21 Vision: The Collaboration Summit by PhotoShelter

Kentrice Rush, digital media manager for University Communications is scheduled to speak at PhotoShelter’s 20/21 Vision: The Collaboration Summit on Thursday, June 24. Rush will speak in the session entitled, “Building Community Through Collaboration: Social Media Roundtable,” from 1:00-1:30 p.m. EST.

“It’s an honor to represent Jackson State and speak on the great work our team is doing,” Rush said. “I really appreciate Charles for building the relationship with PhotoShelter and laying the foundation to help make this opportunity possible.”

Charles Smith, chief photographer for University Communications presented at the 2020 PhotoShelter summit. It was the organization’s first-ever full day of professional development for creatives.

Rush added, “It’s also a pleasure to follow Charles, who is nationally known for his photography.”

Both Smith and Rush won PhotoShelter’s 2017 Libris Iconic Images Award.

PhotoShelter believes that visual media is the world’s most powerful communication vehicle. It works to improve the lives of professionals who create it and use it to achieve their goals.
