I will forward to my e-mail at home this evening but will you check and make sure someone is around to direct us to the sat events, since we will be traveling by bus, once it stops at the hotel will not transport us to the other events, can the alumni chapter come by the hotel and pick up alumni to attend, we can pay, we will not have a way to attend event only at the hotel, that was one of the problems we have everytime we travel to Houston, no way to get around.
