Social work grad student selected for FBI internship

(JACKSON, Miss.) – Harry Julian is the first Jackson State University graduate social work student to be selected to intern at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He will join the FBI this summer after graduation.

The native of Trenton, N.J., received his Bachelor of Science with a concentration in public management and sociology from Austin Peay State University. He also received a Bachelor of Social Work from Alcorn State University, where he was named “Mr. Social Work”.

Julian has achieved several honors including the Dean’s List and Presidential Scholar, and was inducted into Sigma Alpha Pi honor society. He has extensive community and volunteer service experience.

Julian currently is completing an internship at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Jackson, and is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.
