Region II Mississippi Science and Engineering Fair needs judges

JSU will be hosting the Region II Mississippi Science and Engineering Fair Thursday, March 22, and Friday, March 23, in the Lee E. Williams Athletics & Assembly Center. Therefore, Jackson State is making a final call on individuals to volunteer their time and energy to help judge the event.

Nearly 800 elementary, middle and high school students from 60 area schools will compete in approximately 12 areas of science and technology. The winners of the regional fair will then move on to the Mississippi Science and Engineering Fair where they will have the opportunity to contend on an international level.
