Dr. Daniel Wentland, visiting professor in the College of Education and Human Development, has released his fourth book Energizing Your Organization: The Ultimate School Work Environment published by Rowman & Littlefield and endorsed by Frederick Hess of the American Enterprise Institute.

Energizing Your Organization aims to help administrators discover what it takes to turn words into reality and transform a school into an ultimate school work environment.

Wentland earned his Ph.D. at Jackson State University in May 2010; an MBA from Mississippi College in May 2004; a master’s degree in marketing (distributive) education from the State University of New York College at Buffalo; a bachelor’s in economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a B.S. in marketing (distributive) education at Buffalo State College.

Wentland’s other books include: Knowing the Truth About Education; Reality & Education: A New Direction for Educational Policy; Strategic Training: Putting Employees First; and Organizational Performance in a Nutshell.
